梁有着结构简单、自重轻、跨度大、安装方便等特点，其在我国高等公路建设中被广泛地使用，普通的钢筋混凝土桥梁自重大且材料消耗多，在荷载的作用之下桥梁很容易出现裂缝，对桥梁结构的安全造成了严重地威胁。所以跨度较大的桥梁通常要使用预应力混凝土t梁，本文对于预应力混凝土t梁的预制过程控制方法做出了一些分析。

abstract: with the economic and social development and progress, because of prestressed concrete beam has simple structure, t light weight, span, installation is convenient wait for a characteristic, the higher in highway construction in our country are widely used, common reinforced concrete bridge from significant and material consumption, in the role of the load under the bridge is so easy to crack, the safety of the bridge structure caused serious threat. so large span bridge usually use prestressed concrete t beam, this paper for prestressed concrete beam prefabrication process control t method to make some analysis.
