4. More and more graduates choose to start their own business. What are the important qualities of a

self-starter? Will u choose to have a risky business or a steady job? Why? Have u considered those difficulties on the road if you want to be your own boss? In what way can u prepare for it?

5. Nowadays more and more young graduates start their career by creating their own business. How do you

think of this kind of act? In process of starting a business, what do you think is the most important in the future success?

favorable qualities needed for employees.

7. If you were to launch your company in the near future, what would it be? How can you make it happen?

My first job was to be a private teacher（或tutor家教）, I took this job for half a year 。I don't like it at all,because I am the person who don't like a naught child.This job made me realize that I need more patience.In addition ,parents throw a high expectation to their children.

1. Wear appropriate clothing .2.Be on time. 3.Be your best yourself

1.Don't Discuss Special Needs in the First Meeting ,Like how much money i can get from the company,or if there is a large space for me to promote or not ;2Be honest. Answer the questions truthfully and be honest to yourself ;3 Remember body language and posture :sit up and interesting at all times.4.Shake hands in friendly and firmly ;5.Relax and be yourself and don’t be shy. /just take easy and don’t think too much about the mistakes you may make during that time. 6.Take time to think before you answer questions

As to me , I would rather choose a risky self-employed entrepreneur, some reasons as follow:

1)challenges 2)opportunities 3)The realization of his value

选择工作的首要考虑因素：(大学的挑战也可以往工资这方面扯)

I think the pay should take the first place.even through money is not the only thing i’m after,but since we have been spending parents’ money all the time,and it’s time for us to do something to reward the family members.

Secondly the high pay also means the high postion in the company,and sometimes the high postion means that we only need to do a little but get a lot,

Last,as we all known, money talks,of course,it is not alway applied in every stituation,but there is still an old saying like:money doesn’t mean everything,but no money means nothing.
