P:Hi,lee! how’s you new job going？

J:Really well.Thanks

P:what do you think your new boss?

J: She’s not bad .she’ a bit bossy, but I’m sure I’ll get used to her.

P: Would you rather have her or your old boss back?

J: she’s far better than my old boss.

P: How about your new co-workers?

J: They are all pretty easy-going . It’s a very friendly place to work.

P: Do you miss you old co-workers?

J: Of course. I spent so much time at my old workplace that I got to know them all very well. They were like family to me.

P：Do people in different departments get along with each other?

J: Sure. Since we work together in teams, we have to get along with each other.

P: Do you like working in teams with people from different department?

J: yes, it helps everyone to understand what we’re doing from different perspectives. P: Do you like working in teams?

J: I prefer it to working independently. I think most people do.

P:Maybe.everyone should learning to work together

J:Yes.Unity is strength.

P:Time is limited.I should go home.Bye-Bye!

Live in harmony and Moral value

P: Hi,lee!I haven’t see you for a long time.

J:I’m not very well this days.

P:what happened?

J:My neighborhood are making noise at all night.I can’t sleep well.

P:you can tell them your feeling. We both need to live in harmony.

J:I will try to do that.thanks for your advice.

P: what do you think of living in harmony?

J: I wanted to share with you the idea that we should live in harmony with our social. P:what should I do to live in harmony with our social?

J:you must develop your character.And be more care moral value.

P:I got it.we should be honest.

J:yes,honesty is the first chapter of the books of wisdom.

P:but many people don’t care moral value.for example the boss of sanlu.

J:what a pity!at present more and more businessman are disahonest.

P:do you think it is important for you to develop character?

J:I think is nesscary!

P:explainn why?

J:develop character can let people turst you.you may have more friends,because everybody likes make friends with you.
