The tradition of the most valuable

Every family has their own habits and characteristics. Fine traditions is accumulated slowly in life,and these traditions beneficial to us, or make us feel happy in life . In my family, also has many fine traditions. The tradition of the most valuable, feel it is the whole family get together and spend the Spring Festival every year.

The day We are most looking forward to come.On the day, our parents get up early and get busy cooking a lot of delicious food, like pot roast , pot chicken, and tasty snacks. My brother and I are busy to post couplets, after that, we play chess, or help parents do some housework. At lunch time, we take out good wine,then set off firecrackers,after that everyone sit around the table and pray our ancestors to return home and enjoying the delicious food with us. It is said to bring good luck to the family next year.On New Year's eve, our whole family sit around the brazier, making dumplings and talking about the interesting things happened around us, which make us feel happy. After that , everyone spends the evening playing poker, staying up late and watching Spring Festival Gala Evening, enjoying some fruits, such as apples, oranges, pears and so on, or peanuts and the melon seeds.Everyone enjoys the fun of that. The next day, everyone will send each other best wishes, of course, kids can get some Lucky money. Distant relatives and friends will also pay calls to send a blessing, some even come to get together, because only that day everybody may have time to get together, and stay with us lived for a few days.

Later, my brother graduated from the university and got a job in another province,he had to work overtime even during the Spring Festival,so it becomes difficult for our whole family to have a chance to have a meal together.On the Spring Festival Day, my brother pay a call from his workplace at lunch time,facing the big lunch but sadly for tears after my mother answered the phone.Then I told myself, I must go home to spend the Spring Festival with my whole family no matter how busy I will.

One day, I will have my own child, I would like to keep the tradition passing. I will let my future children know this,although they may take a long time to understand how to love their family and why should he spend more time together.The whole family should be thrift and industrious,care mutually,and never separate or abandon each other.This is what my parents told her son using their own words and deeds.

Bill Gates is the most successful entrepreneurs in the world who leaded Microsoft at 20 and becomes the most young billionaire at 31.Behind his success, hiding an inherent thing, it is to make him famous or the factors of success.

It is very difficult coming up with a simple explanation for his kind of success. Certailnly there’s many elements to it.First,he found his own interests, then he had a target and ambition. He had a strong self-study ability, and counted every minute to do what he loved. He found his interest in software and studyed it assiduously, and began to make computer programming at the age of 13 ,then last for 15 years. Bill Gates was an excellent student,he got the American excellent students scholarship when he graduated from high school.He had asserted that he would become a billionaire at 25 years old,Gates sold his first computer programming -a time form system at 17, and at his 31 he has become a billionaire. Second is his amazing willpower.As long as he is determined to change,he could make it.Bill Gates leaded the company to improve at 41 , and changed the product research and development direction, finally defeated all competitors forces.Third is Cooperation. Seized the opportunity and cooperated with others,and to bring in new things and hired great people, paied attention to the cooperation with customers maintain close contact with them, and stand on top of the technology. Last but not least, I put his insight, diligence and perseverance as also very important.Keep on working until he accomplishe his aim.

All of these have come together to build a great success story of Bill Gates,and he got to the top in one's life that let all of us admire for.

The Relationship between Wealth and Happiness

Today we love money more than ever under the illusion that money can buy us everything, freeing us from any want. With our desires satisfied, we thought we will become happier. As economic growth really make us happier and wealth really mean happiness?

I’m perfectly willing to agree that the absolute level of wealth doesn’t make us happier.First,to get a sense of it, let's see paradoxes of today's society: today we eat more food, but less nutrition or even poision in it; we have bigger house, but smaller family; today we enjoy more convenience, but less time; we have learnt how to make a living, but not a life. Second,as you can see, the increase of wealth doesn't necessarily brings forth the real happiness. As a human being, we all have our basic need, food, clothes, shelter, children's education, etc,while wealth, with my personal definition, different from the basic need, is to the scale that's far beyond these needs.Some people have the insatiable appetite to money and a determination to get it by
