摘要：房屋建筑工程施工是把原材料、半成品、设备等按照施工设计变成工程实体的过程，施工管理的质量，直接影响到工程质量、安全和工程造价及施工工期的长短，只有合理采用一些施工管理方法，提高施工管理效率，才能保证工程质量、降低成本、缩短工期，提高建筑企业在市场中的竞争力，对建筑企业今后的生存和发展起着重要作用。

Abstract: housing project construction is the raw materials, semi-finished products, equipment according to construction design into engineering entity of the process, the quality of the construction management, directly affects the engineering quality, safety, and the project construction cost and the construction period of length, only by some reasonable construction management methods, improve the construction management efficiency, the project quality can be assured, reduce cost, shorten the construction period, improve the competitiveness of enterprises in market building, building enterprise in the future to the survival and development of the plays an important role.

建筑的质量提出了更高的要求。为了有效提高房屋建筑施工质量管理水平，必须切实采取有效的措施，健全质量管理科学体系，提高质量管理水平，运行质量保证体系和质量管理规章制度、加强施工企业和人员的法律意识、加强施工人员的技术培训、严格建筑材料的采购管理以及加强施工现场监督，将质量管理工作贯穿于施工操作的全过程中，提高建筑企业的竞争能力。

一、质量是企业生存与发展的基础

取得经济效益是建筑企业在市场经济竞争中的首要目标。各种各样的经济效益途径，必须以保证产品质量为前提。只有高质量的房屋建筑产品才能赢得市场的认同，才能取得消费者的信任，才能够得到业主的认同，才能够取得经济效益和社会效益。
