重型颅脑损伤并发神经源性肺水肿的护理研究

摘要 目的:探讨重型颅脑损伤并发的神经原性肺水肿病人的治疗及护理，并对此类病人进行回顾性分析。方法：总结我科自2000～2010年对90例重型颅脑伤并发神经原性肺水肿患者的护理经验，笔者认为正确摆放患者的体位，保持环境安静以保证患者有足够的睡眠，正确掌据吸痰时间、方法和给氧浓度，以及合理的输液管理和饮良护理。有助于提高此类患者的生存率。结果：90例治愈42例，39例死于脑疝，9例死于呼吸循环衰竭。结论：重型颅脑损伤并发的神经原性肺水肿严重威胁患者的生命，护理质量与其预后密切相关。有效的护理措施是降低病人死亡率，提高生存率的有效措施。
