考虑到良好有效的对价，我在此不可撤回地同意赋予云浩鞋业有限公司下述权利, 云浩鞋业有限公司及其所许可的雇员、被授权人、代理人、或者受让人，可以无限制地使用我的(或者上述未成年人的)在以上描述的由受雇于云浩鞋业有限公司的摄影师所拍摄的照片中的肖像，并可以为编辑、交易、广告或其他目的，采用任何方式进行修改、使用或用于任何媒介，从现在起或本协议约定的时间后在全球范围内永久使用。 For good and valuable consideration, I hereby irrevocably grant to Gotti shoes , Ltd. (“Panorama Media”), his/her employees, affiliates, licensees, agents and assigns, the unrestricted right to use my likeness (or the likeness of the minor named above) contained in the above described photograph taken by Photographer of Gotti shoes , Ltd, and to distribute such photograph for editorial, trade, advertising or other purposes in any manner or medium, whether now or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity.

我放弃任何监督和批准照片使用的权利。我理解上述的照片可能会被运用于商业用途。我在此明确免除云浩鞋业有限公司，以及他或她的代理人，雇员，被授权人或者受让人，任何及所有因根据本协议授权使用照片（即便该使用可能被我所反对）而侵犯我个人隐私权或任何其他所产生的或可能产生的所有主张，并保证其不受损失。

I waive any right to inspect or approve any use of the photograph. I understand Photographer may use for business. I expressly release Photographer of Gotti shoes , Ltd, his/her agents, employees, licensees and assigns from and against any and all claims which I have or may have for invasion of privacy or any other cause of action arising out of the uses herein granted, even if the use of the image is objectionable to me.

I warrant that I am over the age of eighteen and am competent to contract in my own name in so far as the above is concerned.
