You should begin your work on this paper, and if more than one piece is needed, you should staple it. The Brief Summary Of Great Expectation Pip is an orphan livingin his sister’s house in the country in southeast England. One evening, a man who

is a escaped convict , with his leg in chains, seizes Pip . He demands that Pip bring him food and a file . the

same evening ,several police officers burst into the house.The policemen tell Pip and Joe that they are

searching for a pair of escaped convicts. After a hunt, the two convicts are discovered together. After the incident , sometime passes .Pip has an opportunity to play in the house of Miss Havisham ,a rich spinster

who lives nearby. And Pip meet Estella who is a very beautiful girl.

Time passes as Pip begins working in Joe’s forge Pip begins to grow apart from his family, confiding in Biddy

instead of Joe and often feeling ashamed that Joe is “common”. Pip visits Miss Havisham and learns that

Estella has been sent abroad. When he arrives home, he learns that Mrs. Joe has been attacked and is now a

brain-damaged invalid. At one evening, The stranger introduces himself as the lawyer Jaggers, and he goes

home with Pip and Joe. he explains that Pip will soon inherit a large fortune. His education as a gentleman will

begin immediately . Pip will move to London and become a gentleman .And Pip assumes that his benefactor

must be Miss Havisham .

When Pip arrives London ,he lives with Herbert, and learn to be a gentleman . Not only they are interrrupted

by a letter carrying the news that Mrs Joe has died , but also they are under the pressure of debat .On receving

his income , Pip decides to help Herbert by buying Herbert’s way into the merchant business .Not all this things Pip spends a good time with Estella in the house of her London . But not to his wish ,Pip find the secret

benefactor is the convict who he had rescued . What more worse is Estella that she has decided to marry

Drummle.Pip tries to help Magwitch,but not success . After all , Magwitch passes away.

After Magwitch’s death , Pip shows very upset , he go back to Miss Havisham’s home,and find Estella living

there. They talk and play.But at last , Pip doesn’t decide where he will go and what he will do in the future.
