As we know, with the development of tourism, travel becomes very convenient and it has become a very important part in people’s life. Many people travel everywhere during the holiday. Today I will take you to a beautiful country – Australia.

1.Background knowledge of Australia(Activity1 on P22)

Look at these pictures and answer the questions about Australia.

Suggested answers:

A5. koala bear, possum, duck-billed platypus, kangaroo, echidna and dingo. Some of these animals are marsupials, that is, the mother keeps the baby in a pouch on her stomach.
